Two years ago I was in college working towards my degree in psychology when I was in an accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury. I had to leave school and move back in with my parents. I began painting as a way to deal with boredom and major depressive disorder stemming from the accident. I also did it to help heal my brain and motor skills. After creating a few of my own paintings, I began to thirst for more knowledge and inspiration. I am still dealing with a lot of issues from my brain injury, but painting has been a great tool to help me cope. I hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoyed creating it for you.
