Coffee & Crumbs is a small hidden bakery in Minneapolis, specializing in authentic Filipino breads, pastries, desserts and other Asian-inspired sweet treats. We also bake a variety of comfort foods, like chocolate chip cookies, handmade pies and french pastries. We use Ube, a purple yam, in many of our products. It’s a very traditional ingredient that’s a staple in tropical areas. Ube is not only sweet, creamy and delicious, it’s packed with beneficial nutrients.
